The Tri-Association Conference Planning Committee continues to monitor the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and its potential impact on our 2020 Conference. According to the latest references coming out of the CDC, at the time of our conference, most people in the United States will have little immediate risk of exposure to COVID-19. We remain cautiously optimistic that our conference will go on as planned and will continue to monitor the situation and broadcast any changes relative to the conference schedule in the coming weeks.


Should the conference be canceled at a future date based on the evolving situation, we will offer the following refund options: 

Option 1- your 2020 paid sponsorships will be extended at no additional cost to the 2021 conference, affording you the same sponsorship benefits for the 2021 conference or

Option 2- you will receive a refund, minus a $20 administration fee to cover the cost of issuing the refund.
